2

Invoices sync in

3

Get paid and reconcile

Your customer pays on a hosted pay page, and the payment, its fees and any refunds post back to QuickBooks on their own.

Your books, always in sync

A true two-way integration. Invoices come in, payments go back, and everything posts to the right accounts on its own.

Invoices flow in

Every open invoice you raise in QuickBooks appears in SaturnShift, ready for your customer to pay by card, ACH or stablecoin.

Payments and fees flow back

When a customer pays, the payment and its processing fees post to the right accounts in QuickBooks, so the numbers always match what happened.

Refunds stay in sync

Issue a refund in SaturnShift and it posts back to QuickBooks too, keeping your books accurate without a second entry.

Native sales push through

A sale you take directly in SaturnShift is pushed into QuickBooks as a recorded, reconciled transaction. Both systems stay in step.

One pay page, every method

Your customer opens one link and pays the way they prefer. Stablecoins for the crypto-native, cards and ACH for everyone else.

USDT

Stablecoin

Crypto is accepted on Ethereum, Base, Polygon and Arbitrum, and automatically settled to USDC on Base. Network and gas fees are paid by the customer, never deducted from your settlement.

Accept USDC and USDT on your QuickBooks invoices

SaturnShift is a native QuickBooks Online integration, so accepting stablecoins does not mean bolting on a separate crypto tool or keeping a second set of books. Send a QuickBooks invoice through SaturnShift and your customer can pay it in USDC or USDT, on Ethereum, Base, Polygon or Arbitrum, alongside cards and ACH. The payment, its fees and any refund post back to QuickBooks automatically, the same way a card or bank payment does.

No new workflow to learn

Keep invoicing in QuickBooks exactly as you do today. SaturnShift handles the payment and the reconciliation, with no second system to run.

Automatic reconciliation

Payments, processing fees and refunds post to the correct accounts in QuickBooks, so nothing is reconciled by hand.

Reporting & settlements

Every transaction, payout and settlement in real time in your SaturnShift dashboard. Export whenever you need.

One settlement asset

Whatever network a customer pays on, you receive USDC on Base. No juggling chains or assets.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to copy API keys?

No. You open Integrations in your SaturnShift dashboard, click Connect on QuickBooks Online, and approve access. It is the same one-click pattern as a "Sign in with" button. There are no keys or secrets to copy or store.

Which payment methods are supported?

Cards, ACH bank payments, and USDC and USDT stablecoins. Your customers choose how to pay on a single hosted pay page, whether they want a card, a bank transfer, or a stablecoin.

Can I accept USDC or USDT with QuickBooks?

Yes. SaturnShift adds USDC and USDT acceptance to your QuickBooks Online invoices, alongside cards and ACH. Customers pay on a single hosted pay page, and stablecoin payments reconcile back to QuickBooks the same way card and bank payments do.

Is SaturnShift a QuickBooks crypto payment integration?

Yes. SaturnShift is a native QuickBooks Online integration that lets your customers pay invoices in USDC or USDT, as well as by card and ACH, and writes each payment back into QuickBooks automatically. You connect it in one click with no API keys.

How does a payment get back into QuickBooks?

Automatically. When a customer pays, SaturnShift records the payment against the matching QuickBooks invoice and marks it paid. The processing fees and any refunds post to the right accounts too, so your books reconcile without manual work.

What about invoices I create in SaturnShift?

They sync the other way. A sale you take directly in SaturnShift is pushed into QuickBooks as a recorded, reconciled transaction, so both systems stay in step wherever the invoice started.

Which cryptocurrencies can my customers use?

USDC and USDT on Ethereum, Base, Polygon and Arbitrum. Whatever network a customer pays on, it settles to you as USDC on Base, so you always receive a single, consistent asset.

Is my QuickBooks data safe?

Yes. The connection uses QuickBooks official OAuth, so you approve access inside QuickBooks and can revoke it at any time. SaturnShift only touches the invoicing and payment data it needs, and access tokens are stored encrypted.
