2. No Custody of Funds

SaturnShift does not hold, store, or control customer funds at any point. All payments are executed directly between the customer and the merchant's designated wallet address.

3. Third-Party Providers

Fiat-to-cryptocurrency conversion services (on-ramps) are provided by third-party providers such as Paybis or other licensed partners. These providers are responsible for their own compliance obligations, including KYC/AML requirements.

4. No Financial Advice

SaturnShift does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging in cryptocurrency transactions.

5. Transaction Risks

Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to various risks, including price volatility, network congestion, and irreversible execution. Users acknowledge and accept these risks when using the platform.

6. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for verifying transaction details, including wallet addresses and amounts, before submitting a payment.

7. Regulatory Status

SaturnShift operates as a technology provider. Regulated financial services, including fiat on-ramping and identity verification, are performed by licensed third-party partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaturnShift shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
