Do I need crypto knowledge?
No. Your customers can pay with cards, bank payments, or USDC. They never need to touch crypto if they don't want to. SaturnShift handles everything behind the scenes.
Can customers pay with cards?
Yes. Card payments are fully supported through our integrated Stripe-powered processing. Customers can pay by credit or debit card on any checkout, invoice, or payment link.
Can I receive bank payouts?
Yes. Funds can be settled to your bank account in fiat through our integrated payout partners, depending on your configuration.
What stablecoins are supported?
SaturnShift supports USDC and USDT on Ethereum, Base, Polygon, and Arbitrum. Payments on any network are automatically bridged and settled to BASE.
If a customer pays in USDT, what do I receive?
You always receive USDC on Base. Customers can pay in USDC or USDT on any supported network, and SaturnShift automatically converts and bridges the payment behind the scenes. You settle in one consistent asset, USDC on Base, with no manual swaps and no juggling tokens or networks.
Who pays gas and bridge fees on crypto payments?
The customer. At checkout, SaturnShift calculates the on-chain costs (network gas, any cross-chain bridge fee, and any stablecoin conversion) and adds them to the customer total. These blockchain costs are never deducted from your crypto settlement, so network fees do not eat into your payout. This is separate from the SaturnShift transaction fee set in your plan.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. SaturnShift Direct is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime.
Are there setup fees?
None. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, monthly minimums, or hidden costs. You pay the monthly subscription plus transaction fees.
Are Stripe processing fees included in the rates shown?
No. The rates on each plan are SaturnShift's platform fees. Card and ACH payments are processed by Stripe, and Stripe's processing fees apply in addition. Stablecoin payments do not involve Stripe, so only the SaturnShift fee applies, though a blockchain network fee may be charged at checkout.
Do you support subscriptions?
Yes. You can create subscription plans and bill customers on a recurring basis with cards. Share a subscribe link or embed a Subscribe button on your site, and SaturnShift handles the recurring charges, receipts, and cancellations. Recurring billing is card-based today.
Can I send invoices internationally?
Yes. You can send invoices to customers anywhere in the world. Stablecoin payments work globally without currency conversion friction.
Does SaturnShift integrate with QuickBooks?
Yes. SaturnShift integrates natively with QuickBooks Online. Invoices created in QuickBooks appear in SaturnShift for your customers to pay by card, ACH, USDC or USDT, and each payment, its fees, and any refunds post back to QuickBooks automatically so your books stay reconciled.
