SaturnShift provides non-custodial cryptocurrency payment infrastructure for merchants.

1. Transaction Finality

All cryptocurrency transactions processed through SaturnShift are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. SaturnShift does not have the ability to reverse, cancel, or modify any transaction after it has been broadcast and confirmed.

2. Merchant Responsibility

SaturnShift acts solely as a payment processor and does not sell goods or services directly to customers. Any requests for refunds, returns, or disputes must be directed to the merchant from whom the purchase was made.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the sole discretion of the merchant and in accordance with the merchant's own refund policy. SaturnShift does not guarantee or enforce refunds.

4. Incorrect Transactions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all transaction details, including wallet address and amount, are accurate before submitting a payment. SaturnShift is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect or incompatible addresses.

5. Fraud and Abuse

SaturnShift reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities in cases of suspected fraud, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform.
