Import invoices by CSV for bulk invoice creation
Agencies and consultants live on invoices. You send the work, you send the bill, and then you wait, chase, and sometimes eat a chargeback weeks after the money looked settled. SaturnShift is one platform for getting paid: send a professional invoice or a payment link, and let each client pay the way they prefer.
One invoice, every way your clients pay
A single SaturnShift invoice or payment link accepts credit and debit cards, bank payments (ACH), and USDC and USDT stablecoins on Ethereum, Base, Polygon, or Arbitrum. Clients choose the payment method that works for them. You do not run a separate crypto tool, and cards and bank payments settle to your bank in fiat while stablecoins settle to you as USDC on Base.
Lower your chargeback exposure
Card chargebacks are a real cost for service businesses, and you cannot make them disappear. What you can do is lower your exposure by offering stablecoin as an option: once a stablecoin payment settles on-chain it is final and cannot be reversed, so those transactions carry no chargeback risk. Keep cards for the clients who want them, and give the rest a final-settlement option. Read more on how stablecoin payments reduce chargeback risk.
Bill at scale, and get paid on time
Create invoices and payment links quickly, and import a batch of invoices by CSV when you are billing many clients at once. Send by email, by SMS with Text to Pay, or as a shared link or QR code. Automated reminders go out before and after the due date so you spend less time chasing. If you bill clients on a repeating schedule, recurring billing is available for card payments.
Keep your books straight
Connect QuickBooks Online and every payment, its processing fees, and any refund post back automatically, whichever rail the client used, so your books reconcile without manual entry. See the QuickBooks integration and invoices and payment links for more.
Frequently asked questions
Can my clients pay by card and by crypto?
Yes. One invoice or payment link accepts credit and debit cards, bank payments (ACH), and USDC and USDT stablecoins. Clients choose the payment method that works for them on a single hosted pay page.
How does this reduce chargebacks?
Card chargebacks do not disappear, and card payments still follow normal card dispute rules. But a stablecoin payment is final once it settles on-chain, so shifting some of your client payments to stablecoin lowers your overall chargeback exposure.
Can I import a batch of invoices?
Yes. You can import invoices by CSV for bulk invoice creation, then send them by email, SMS, or a shared link.
How does recurring billing work?
Recurring billing is card-based. You can charge clients on a repeating schedule by card. Stablecoin and bank payments are for one-time and invoice payments.
Do my clients need to use crypto?
No. Stablecoin is one option among several. Clients who prefer cards or bank transfers pay exactly as they do today, on the same pay page.
