Frequently asked questions
Do I need to copy API keys?
No. You click "Connect with SaturnShift", approve, and you are connected. It is the same one-click pattern as "Sign in with" buttons. There are no keys or secrets to copy or store.
Which payment methods are supported?
Cards, ACH bank payments, and USDC and USDT stablecoins. Whatever you enable in SaturnShift is what appears at checkout. The plugin mirrors your configuration automatically.
Does it work with the block checkout?
Yes. The plugin supports both the classic and block (Cart & Checkout blocks) checkout, and is compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
Where do I manage refunds and reporting?
In your SaturnShift dashboard. Refunds, reporting, invoices, settlements, payment links and analytics all live there. You can also refund straight from the WooCommerce order; either way the order status stays in sync via signed webhooks.
Do my customers leave my store?
Customers complete payment on a secure hosted SaturnShift checkout and are returned to your order confirmation page. The WooCommerce order updates automatically to Paid, Failed or Refunded.
Is the plugin free?
Yes, the plugin is free. You need a SaturnShift account to connect it, and you can create one for free during setup if you do not have one yet.
